Customer Access Request Zone
Our CARZ enables you, as the customer, to submit requests for work without having to pick up a phone, or create a new email! Our online CARZ allows you to login and create the request for service whenever need be, 24 hours / 7 days a week! As soon as they are submitted, our in-house folks are alerted and JCOM LLC starts to work on whatever the problem shall be! Along with submitting requests, you can view your previous requests through the request history. This enables you to view the status on all open requests, along with viewing the completed work for all requests that are closed!
